During our preliminary discussions with the client he expressed a dislike for the traditional kitchen and make up air systems installed at their other venues. Following our appointment to carry out the kitchen fit-out we decided that the mechanical section of the work required to be addressed correctly. We contracted Kevin Walsh of Speedy Ventilation to carry out the design and installation of the system. The use of Speedy's High Efficiency canopies provided the correct result that we were looking for and resulted in a very favorable response from our client.

Recently we commissioned Speedy Ventilation to build and install a new range-hood for our restaurant and we couldn't be happier. Timing was very critical for us because we were coming up to our busy season. I spoke with Kevin and he assured me that he could do the job within a 2 week time frame. Within a few days Kevin was at our place measuring up. The next day we had the quote and 2 weeks later his boys turned up with our 4.4 metre range-hood.
